It seems that mucus membrane materials best go to plumbing (rocks and water where there is no plumbing), the jurisdiction of Earth. Appreciate Earth for accepting us, whatever our relation, as we live upon its surface and participate in its culture. That entails twelve sites: eyes, ears, nose, mouth, mammalian, placental, bottom front and back. These sites often move in a tube away and back, and to and from ancestors/processors, especially those who have lived on Earth. Some other sites are designed for extra-terrestrial ancestors, like Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Venus, Ross-Kolab, whom we must appreciate for their service and care. These sites are lymph, telescopic, time/space, cosmic, hemispheric q & a. Parent and child connections flow between the immediate parent and child, appreciating each other, with older ancestors coming around like cocoons. Try to become conscious of your metabolisms, and give and get permission with their functioning, wherever they lead to/flow from. If you want the process to speed-up mention to your ancestor/processor something delicious that you are or ate, like, "Take the delicious peanut I got for/from you...", "Take my lovely Cotton Candy....".

It seems so noticeable that many people that "hear" disturbing voices are actually carrying radio-wave media in their bodies. Check the body to be sure to be clear of hearing the noise of fiction and spin... without benefit of the on/off button. If you sense parasitism, lift it out the way it went in, and send it back to its own path.

Condition and DNA'd AURA
It seems to be a part of the
condition of nature, but...
You have been
abused the most. More than anyone should expect to be normal. More
than anyone should find acceptable. More than is okay. You will
overcome it. You are also the most naturally beautiful person. And
you are a champion. You will not use these facts to abuse others,
nor yourself.
Let's
become healed. Let's find the reason(s) why this has happened.
Let's correct the reality away from ignorance and embrace the truth.
Let's heal completely and appreciate beauty fully.
You
have something to offer, things from history that are sincere, good,
and useful. There are ideas in the current day that are sincere,
good, and useful, including you. Like your kin (everyone directly
related, biological parentals/self/children), who also went
through severe psychological and physical conditions, even while you
were in them, they, you, and we deserve to heal.
Begin
in the practice of cherishing them, practice cherishing you, practice
cherishing us. You, on your own, and your kin and community have
desires and solutions to offer, sincere, good, and useful things.
Can
you make the most of what you've experienced by realizing that each
of us feels the strongest about what we've personally been through.
The DNA'd
aura is part of the legal body, it should follow the regular law.
The DNA'd aura is body heat and your own, where ever it is, is your
illuminating responsibility. In the chore of being you, the aura is
like an organ that can attach variously to external items, sometimes
causing injury, but actually has a proper place with functions for
kin (those whose lineage you participate in) including those that are
planets. All the while staying attached to you.
The Solar
System is a system of the evolutionary path we have become
within. Our DNA is described by our existence in the Solar System of
Sun, and Sun is a being with its own metabolisms. The concept of
“zero singularity” helps to understand the closed nature of our
set of personal DNA for which each individual is responsible. Zero
singularity indicates “in, transform, out”. Our metabolisms are
transformed by our kin, parents, ancestors and especially ancestral
planets. And we transform them in turn. Other attachments may best
be unclipped and slipped back to self, or really, back to its
biological origin, self or otherwise. Hold the removal spot closed,
with self's clean aura pulled over the site.
Our DNA, is a
wave, it can be pulled like a blanket, it is also a particle, like a
seemingly clear tether attached to a clothes-pin. It can be
stretched away from the body proper/blanket/wave and clipped as DNA'd
aura/clothes-pin/particle. This analogy can help you take care of
your beloved clean body and the body of your beloved clean
environment. Keeping clean and lawful will allow this system to
function more properly.

Is it such that one might believe that their own experiences are more than subjective, but even epitomizing a situation. One might believe that its own perceptions are the perfect or most profound examples of their classes.
Specific to one's self, if it is inevitable that, as a condition of nature, one is to be alone in thought, must each develop a perception rationalized to one.
When one does not or cannot know the particularities of others, one might be left to imagine alienation as a remedy. But there also exists the possibility of opportunity to embrace self and each member of the community as necessarily different, legitimate, and worthy of respect, even as each views their own life as most life changing.
As one wishes to be treated, recall that each individual has their own concept of what qualifies as favorite and consists as a good life.

Joyous 71st World Vegan Day!

reasons to enjoy veganism,
but the ethical reasons of
not exploiting animals
(mostly infant aged) result
in joyous feelings of self-respect.
In an effort to understand what to eat in a vegan lifestyle, here are suggestions adapted from Joel Fuhrman, MD, for a baseline vegan menu, from his National Bestseller Eat to Live, 2003, 2011:
Unlimited Eat as much as you want:
all raw vegetables (goal: 1 lb. daily)cooked green vegetables (goal: 1 lb. daily)

Limited Eat one serving daily:

July 9, 2016: Additionally, from receiving Dr. Fuhrman's emails, I have learned that he suggests eating a quarter onion, 1-3 mushrooms and some garlic each day. Also, he shows studies that lead him to recommend including 2 servings of cruciferous vegetables daily and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste a few times a week. These, with the above combined guidelines, he refers to as "nutritarian".February 23, 2019: In a panel interview I heard Dr. Fuhrman say that more than 1 cup carbohydrates/starches could be eaten on a daily basis if one is not trying to reduce weight.
August 5, 2019: Marco Borges, with a similar plan to Dr. Fuhrman, suggests only 1/2 cup daily for beans and for starches in The 22 Day Revolution, 2015.
