Astral travel is when your aura/body heat (dna'd electricity) moves away from your body to study the environment. It is material in nature and packed with your dna, microbiome and afterbirth. As it interfaces with other material, including air, objects and other people, it has the effect of taking up space that might naturally go to other's self. The space in oneself that is created by astral travel exhibits as mold and decay. Astral traveling away from one's own body is uncaring toward the rights, privacy and wellbeing of self and others.
Culturally, it is often thought of as a thought, or it can seem like a wish or a dream or a guided meditation or a setting of intention, maybe a projection, or a spiritual prayer. Your objectives might be in line with the receiver or it might be counter to their physical goals. Ultimately, each individual has the right to their own choices. Astral travel interferes with such. While it is thought, etc., it is full of electricity and dna'd material.
As electricity leaves the body, as it always is as body heat/aura, draw it to an imagined tube on the back, the chumline, or abragina/doldra, to corral it to ancestors for their nourishment. Go back a few generations as necessary to fit ancestrial needs and desires. One's own electricity then never goes far from the body, excepting to go to ancestors, it can become difficult to manage quickly if it is large and may stay within clothes an inch or so from body, less when touching things.
It seems an advantage to "electrical ground" to organize materials of body as you go about your daily routine. Hold your energy that is electrical inside your body and make a neutral polarity, balanced on all parts of you, as far as you extend.
If that's not enough:
it is fundamentally illegal
It is about private property and private bodies. It is breaking and entering. It is touching and penetration without consent. Don't be bothered by freedoms of speech and legal issues, unless the laws must change, then it's democracy/voting issues.
The concept, non-bodied, of thought is best comported as a "meme" or a material-free idea. By controlling our astral travel, energy, thoughts and feelings, as memes we gain peace and have a capacity to reach greater joy and well-being.
Conflation, or merging, of the matter of electricity, even thought and ideas, can cause illness. I think it is the base of all illness and molestation when comported improperly.
