Yesterday was the fourth anniversary of one of my favorite pieces, COMMANDEER YOUR OWN VOICE.  When I recommend my BlogSpot to people, I often say, "start with March 1, 2012".  I feel this entry so well informs my intentions for all the other suggestions and meditations.  When I wrote it, I was noticing my own progress and I still feel I can tell when someone has read and applied it.  Running your own body depends on knowing who you are and expressing that information to the World.  When I started being aware of such things I literally had to hold back on talking.  For two days I only said, "Um hum", "Uh uh", "I don't know", and "I'll tell you later."  I realized I had to remake my vocal cord.  Today I am learning to make more of my body, according to my own DNA.  Best wishes!
