I love Youtube, showing ways to translate recipes into tasty vegan approved fare, and all the new vegan products like Daiya cheeses and cheesecakes, Gardein filets and morsels, Veganaise spreads. I'm lucky that there are many vegan restaurants in my town where everything on the menu is acceptable. I love being vegan and wish I had made the decision sooner to be compassionate to animals and to myself. I spent five years switching off and on to veganism, trying to determine why I had the desire to investigate it. Within 7 days from deciding to go on to veganism for 10 years I had the realization of why I wanted to be vegan: animals in the for-food industry are children and their conditions are deplorable, what has happened to their parents, who are also child-aged, is unacceptable to me. I don't want to pay for it, I don't want to get it for free, I don't want to be a participant, I desire the day it is no longer. I have heard and seen video evidences, but I don't want more input of such things, I prefer change. "Veganize" means to transform to improve, with a no-meat,-milk-nor-eggs attitude.
