MOOD MOMENTO for Vitamin C and L, R, Q dna bases

Like HORMONE DOLLIES (thebeautifuldeity.blogspot.com May 1, 2016), this presentation is intuitive, personal biology to self-adjust.  MOOD MOMENTO is about capturing a moment of physical expression to purposefully make a memento souvenir, like a ring on a tree.  The following are suggestions to make for your own needs.  Remember the dna in aura/body heat, as well as body proper.

Some authorities recommend 1000mg of Vitamin C daily, an increase over the less than 100mg recommended by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).  For 1000mg one might enjoy about 10 large oranges or 5 cups of red pepper... one might try supplements or meditation.

Into endocrine > vitamin B12 > out comes oil-based Vitamin C > which turns into assorted fruit flavonoids > which turns into LEPTIN > which splits, some goes into the endocrine that made it, some turns into collagen > the collagen goes on to become LAMINE (measuring) dna base.

Into endocrine > oil- & water-based Vitamin C > out comes Calcium > which turns into stearic acid > which turns into quercetin > which turns into oleic acid > which turns into ANANDAMIDE > which splits, some goes into the endocrine that made it, some turns into vitamin D > the vitamin D goes on to become REGULINE (memory) dna base.

Into endocrine > vitamin A > out comes omega-3 fatty acid > which turns into glucosamine > which turns into GROWTH HORMONE-RELEASING HORMONE > which splits, some goes into the endocrine that made it, some turns into water-based Vitamin C > the water-based Vitamin C goes on to become QUALINE (modulating) dna base.

From HORMONE DOLLIES:

In addition to ... 5 known bases I would like to add three of my own imagination and observation:  "lamine" for measuring to create symmetry and balance, "reguline" for mirror-balls with tele- and micro-scopes for memory, "qualine" for modulating and lengthening dna/telomeres.  I don't think bases have mandatory pairings and I encourage creative groupings in a 3D web matrix.  In context, in June 2011 I submitted that individual hormone contents color the auric body and body heat, and what the bases do, as follows, adenine: meditate, cytosine: maintain, guanine: manage, thymine: mediate, uracil: musculature.
