0. “Cosmic Communication” is a phrase used to consciously communicate, not just think of, with others in the community, always using zero-matter, meme-based effort in the zeitgeist.
1. One is “responsible” for entire body's relations, not just thought that is subjectively deemed conscious.
2. Expect “all communication” to be highly negotiable and entirely subjective, even for others.
3. Express your “intentionality” by carefully using authentic natal names and sincerely gained language.  Remember that every placement of matter has its own read on meaning, even within.
4. Have “no expectations” of response, especially with questions, as one can use another form of community messaging, as necessary. Exhibit self control of aura, body, and circumstances rather than attempting to control the aura, body and circumstances of others.
5. Create a “wildcard” imagined logo, in the suite of a joker's card, to indicate a conscious signal toward shared meaning. One might hold up one's own image on the upper arm of the self, the communicator.
