recipes from the crown of our heads

serving all the way to the floor

from our backs this offering is made

made of all we have inside

what we have to give is subjective

created from our lives

the tube is known as abrigina and doldra

chumline for their pleasure

cosmic tube is just one lymph line

of the urutu/elideo that makes

just off the body of the ancestor(s)

us able to prepare a bowl of power

for them to enjoy

the melange of the meal

they want to take

delicious or disaster for our own sake

we make the choices

for them who served us

now we serve

divot in the stream of consciousness

feed the way you want to live

make your body relevant
