I first noticed that I pared down and remodeled protein weight with oil on carbs and that oil on protein was weight/muscle gaining. Further I could tell others who have this phenomenon and I wondered what made the difference. It turns out, that it's a hemispheric issue.
Southern Hem style eats protein with oil to pare down muscle to grow it close to the bone and carbs with oil make muscles grow larger. Therefore, Southern Hem eats protein with no oil grows and carbs with no oil pares down.
Northern Hem style eats protein with oil to make muscles grow larger and carbs with oil to pare down muscle to grow it close to the bone. Therefore, Northern Hem eats protein with no oil to pare down and carbs with no oil to grow.
*Try pairing a bean oil, like soy for beans and protein; and a grain oil, like corn for grains and carbs. If you resonate to this idea, experiment with types of oils. Soy, Corn with DHA, Olive, Safflower, Nut or Seed...
