Grapes
Chocolate Chips
Ceviche-Style Green Cabbage
chop to spoon-sized and toss:
1/2 large green cabbage
2 bunches cilantro
2 fresno chilies
1 jalapeño
1 red bell pepper
blend to dress:
2 limes, skin on
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
marinade overnight
proportions may be adjusted
serves about 3
Warmed Corn Tortillas
and Roasted Garbanzo Beans.
