What do artificial sweeteners do?

 Some artificial sugar-free sweeteners like:

Aspartame, Saccharin, Sucralose

might best be digested as protein rather than carb to be effective for the body, maybe useful for making sinews, hair, skin and nails, rather than nerves and brain.  Derived from cell shell it is the protein part of the nutrient it originates from.

Maltitol and Xylitol

appear to be of lipid origin, and should be metabolized as fat.

metabolic syndrome

Three elements seem to conflate when noticing metabolic syndrome:  high blood pressure, carbohydrate and cholesterol sensitivity.  Meditation meant to mend these mechanisms train the mind to make choices that might perfect.

The high blood pressure appears to be connected to kidney's ability to digest protein.  When there is kidney crunch, crystals forming on the urinary tract, you might know if you have it.  With uric acid that digests proteins building up on the urinary system, organs and organelles, one might need to dissipate crystals if they form out of place within.  Body waters containing a few drops of internal vinegar may help soak and wash up the uric acid problem in the organs and organelles, or organ bits within each cell, in this case, urinary tract parts and heart parts.    

The carbohydrate sensitivity has a diabetic effect as one tries to digest sugars.  This phenomena also has a crystalizing effect, only now it is carbohydrate things, it might cause pain in hands and feet and cause mental fog.  One might dissipate the carbohydrate crystals by soaking them in I.D.E. insulin digesting/degrading enzyme, which appear to me as body waters containing potassium and minerals.  (It seems potassium should be added to sugar sensitive diet to have resources sufficient to digest carbs.)   In this treatment one wants to get the glycogens blocking nerve electricities and the pancreas and endocrines, as well as the insulin crystals forming on other tissues, organs and organelles (remember the brains).   

The cholesterol concern comes into play when the barbing uric acid and carbohydrate crystals move out of the way.  That's when the cholesterol needs to go somewhere.  Wash it out of the body to the digestive system, go ahead and include washing up the aura in all these things.  Cholesterol may be dissolved with body water and acetone, which the body makes, only needing to be directed.  

By washing these elements clean in the body, one can start fresh making sensitive choices.  One may also continue to use this pattern until the metabolic syndrome subsides or automatically gets taken care of... what will those things entail?

The final, but not necessarily last, step is to remove the light cabochon(s).  These are energy buttons, usually on the back- made of another's dna, they astral travelled.  They must be unplugged and sent back to source, using the mind's eye.

October 22, 2026  As we notice the kidneys, kidney stones are often made of oxalates, treat them with oxalates, like nail polish takes off nail polish.  Use spinach as a guide to dissolving like a crystal cleaning up.  Meditation: "Oxalic acid, go to my kidney organs and organelles (kidney materials inside every cell) and soften dissolve the crystal: make it porous and fine.  Digest the kidney stone out."

In some cultures one passes lineage of eldest to the fore.  Metabolisms follow, rather than charming the child, the child charms to ancestor.  In this model. baby bubbles, abrigina/doldras, head back over the ancestors from the infant, rather than privileging the child as first.
