 Did I just find out that 

1/3 of the population is cleaned of spray, and does not spray,

1/3 of the population sprays but does not receive spray,

and 1/3 of the population receives spray and sprays?

Does one receiving it appreciate it?

I feel The King James Version is

to the smallest mote-to the greatest.

see joy in every eye
