 Did I just find out that 

1/3 of the population is cleaned of spray, and does not spray,

1/3 of the population sprays but does not receive spray,

and 1/3 of the population receives spray and sprays?

Spray is chromosome-full material of the body/aura 

it is best released to the cosmic tube at back

to parents and lineage where it nourishes.  

It is commonly called empathy.

Does one receiving it appreciate it?

I do not.

Sometimes I'm not sure when you arrived, so long ago, my Kin.

The exact time and date fascinate my mind, time with me,

still when we were ever one. 

Now 2025: another year older and wiser, let's be pleased 

with that we have done and where we are headed. 

Entangled in familial love, aurantas coming and going,

you are not in the hub, darling Ancestor, 

and you are on my mind and my chromosomes 

are shared with you, forever ours.

Menu

Potato Frittata 

Assorted Bell pepper rings

Power Greens salad with Dandelion for resiliency

Leaves and Blossoms, Kidney beans with Vegan 

Green Goddess Dressing (available at Trader Joes)

Macadamia Nuts

Mixed Berries

Potato Fritatta:

4 tablespoons oil

4 thinly sliced potatos

1 chopped onion

4 green onions cut lengthwise

1 cup beans with cooking liquid pureed 

with 1 tablespoon wheat gluten powder

Heat oil, start browning potato slices

cook potatoes 20 minutes on medium heat

stir to brown more, add chopped onion

cook another 20 minutes arrange green onions

pour pureed beans and gluten transfer to oven

bake preheated 400 degrees 30 minutes.  

we are a little peanut.  we love life and life loves us.

Peanut Brittle for ~4

Read ahead and have ingredients ready ahead of time.

2 c. raw peanuts, 1 c. cane sugar, 1/2 c. corn syrup

In large microwaveable bowl cook (1100 watt) 6-7 minutes.

Quickly remove and stir in 1 tablespoon coconut oil

return to microwave cook 3-4 minutes to bubbling.

Stir in 2 teaspoons baking soda to foam, pour onto 

ready, greased plate, cool for 15 minutes.
