The Next Constitutional Amendment

For everyone, especially MZ at FB:

sensory expression is not responsible for sensory observation.

the various sensibilities of individuals are acceptable within their bodies and found to be whole within the law, even publicly.  the use of material goods in sensory expression and material augmentation should be consentual and law abiding.

we the people claim it.and approve it.

does this need to become an Ammendment, or is it already Constitutional somewhere in interpretation?

The LAW probably thought we already know.  

But does the LAW know?   

Deep pockets have been wronged.
